How to Find Us

The Surgery Center is located in downtown Huntsville just off Governors Drive at 721 Madison Street, between St. Clair and Lowe Avenue.

Where to Enter

For patients undergoing Eye Surgery, Breast Biopsy or Pediatric Gastroenterology, The Surgery Center will be most conveniently accessed from the Franklin Street entrance. For all other procedures, please use our Madison Street entrance.
